Arch-neocon, John Bolton -- 'political ignoramus Trump, is easy to play!' image Neocons CONCOCT Threat of “Iranian Hackers” to Justify Preemptive “Counterattack” Against Iran Whitney Webb via gus, Thursday, Aug 9 2018, 10:37pm
It now is confirmed, the neocons have learned nothing as the public did not follow through on their heinous crimes in duping the USA and its vassals that Iraq had “WMD”, a fabricated LIE, or that invading Iraq would be a “cakewalk,” and that the people of Iraq would welcome US invaders with “bouquets of flowers,” -- give the world a break you lying, mass murdering NEOCONS. The world would soon regret not hauling responsible known neocons before the courts for their duplicitous lying regarding unnecessary illegal invasions of other States which have NEVER posed a threat to the USA or Europe, and which illegal invasions resulted in millions of innocent deaths and tens of millions more displaced persons -- refugees. Victimised and abandoned, Julian Assange image The Appalling Failure of Australian Governments to Protect Aussie Citizens darcy, Wednesday, Aug 8 2018, 11:27pm
It seems that successive Oz governments have forgotten that it’s the PEOPLE, citizens that install them into office, however, no sooner do the elected arrange the furniture in their Canberra offices, all of them, Labor, Liberal and most minor parties, they contract amnesia and neglect their RESPONSIBILITIES and promises made to the people and begin to serve unrepresentative minority elites, which behaviour also happens to involve borderline treasonous affairs with powerful criminal nations, particularly the USA, which maintains its disgusting and deplorable status as the world’s LEADING civilian killing nation. Its many grossly illegal military interventions in weaker sovereign states speak for themselves, the USA has been fully exposed and the real facts of its habitual criminality are easily obtained in the public domain. Alex Jones -- YOU decide, NOT corporations image The Case of Conspiracy Theorist Alex Jones lynda, Tuesday, Aug 7 2018, 8:56pm
Whatever you may think of Alex Jones, and opinions vary wildly, he has the right to speak freely and be heard.

Given that Jones sees conspiracies everywhere, which people are aware of, it is those people that should be allowed to form their own opinions on Jones, nutter or whatever. And it is that right which is under a combined attack from BIG IT companies, that have banded together to remove most platforms that Jones utilises to communicate. (story and 1 image)

text Laughable -- the USA is the Dominant Global Nation trudy, Tuesday, Aug 7 2018, 8:55am
Consider that America just lost the Syrian war which it fought with Israel and Saudi supported terrorists, proving that the use of paid proxy fighters is fraught with all manner of problems, the largest being, they LOSE! Therefore we can add Syria to the list of failures with Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, etc; which war in Afghanistan threatens to bleed neocon ambitions like a vampire’s breakfast. It seems that American failures today are the NEW NORM for a nation fracturing from within with numerous internal DIVISIONS/frictions, social and political. Add all the nations America is currently interfering with one way or the the other, sanctions and/or CIA ‘covert’ meddling and the list becomes huge for a single nation to deal with, but that is not the issue, though it’s a sure recipe for national implosion.

Imran Khan, trustworthy, sure! image Pakistan’s Donald Trump Moment Ayesha Khan via cyd, Monday, Aug 6 2018, 10:32pm
Pakistanis, blind to the obvious and sordid continuing corruption, this time involving Imran Khan, have, including the educated middle class, fallen headlong into the pit of incompetent and corrupt populist leaders which established criminal ruling elites are known to hide behind -- well, it worked in the USA so why not in Pakistan? tracebook.jpg image 'Dystopian' Surveillance Power -- Facebook Asks Big Banks for Customer Data Jake Johnson via claire, Monday, Aug 6 2018, 10:12pm
Apparently not satisfied with access to its users' call history, text messaging data, and online conversations, Facebook has reportedly asked major Wall Street firms like JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo to hand over their customers' sensitive financial data as part of the social media giant's ongoing attempt to become "a platform where people buy and sell goods and services." raytheon.jpg image I Traced Missile Casings in Syria Back to Their Original Sellers Robert Fisk via gary, Monday, Aug 6 2018, 9:49pm
Readers, a small detective story. Note down this number: MFG BGM-71E-1B. And this number: STOCK NO 1410-01-300-0254. And this code: DAA A01 C-0292. I found all these numerals printed on the side of a spent missile casing lying in the basement of a bombed-out Islamist base in eastern Aleppo last year. At the top were the words “Hughes Aircraft Co”, founded in California back in the 1930s by the infamous Howard Hughes and sold in 1997 to Raytheon, the massive US defence contractor whose profits last year came to $23.35bn (£18bn). Shareholders include the Bank of America and Deutsche Bank. Raytheon’s Middle East offices can be found in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Egypt, Turkey and Kuwait. text The Machiavellian Approach to the Subversion of the USA huang, Monday, Aug 6 2018, 9:37am
First, realise as is evident on the daily news cycle that there is nothing UNITED about the United States, the nation couldn’t more divided without plummeting headlong into another civil war. So why plan and design various new approaches to combating America when it has an obvious, under-exploited, Achilles heel -- raging INTERNAL DIVISIONS. Furthermore, I am not alone in predicting that the future for the USA, would not be determined by any external threat but by internal MOB RULE, of course resulting from the many opposed factions at each others’ throats daily.

text If the Economy is So Good, Why are Wages Flat? Pete Dolack via gus, Sunday, Aug 5 2018, 10:44pm
We are supposedly seven years into a “recovery” from the global economic collapse that commenced in 2008. The latest evidence offered to promote this oft-peddled mantra is that U.S. gross domestic product showed a strong uptick for the second quarter of 2018, an annualized rate of 4.1 percent, nearly double that of the first quarter.

PDF Document The Doors of Perception are Opened and Closed for us Dr. Tim O’Shea via jenny, Sunday, Aug 5 2018, 7:23am
Aldous Huxley’s inspired 1954 essay detailed the vivid, mind-expanding, multisensory insights of his mescaline adventures. By altering his brain chemistry with natural psychotropics, Huxley tapped into a rich and fluid world of shimmering, indescribable beauty and power. With his neurosensory input thus triggered, Huxley was able to enter that parallel universe glimpsed by every mystic and space captain in recorded history. Whether by hallucination or epiphany, Huxley sought to remove all bonds, all controls, all filters, all cultural conditioning from his perceptions and to confront Nature or the World or Reality first-hand – in its unpasteurized, unedited, unretouched infinite rawness. text Perils of Ineptitude Andrew Levine, Sunday, Aug 5 2018, 3:02am
When Donald Trump flubs through ignorance, incompetence, or poor judgment – that would be nearly all the time – he insists that he has not flubbed at all; that, quite to the contrary, he accomplished wonders. Whoever questions his words is spreading “fake news” and is an “enemy of the people." Who knows if he believes these shameless self-promotions. It is possible; conmen often do fall for their own lines.

Kushner the 'unbiased' Jew with Bibi image Jared Kushner's Cynical ‘Deal of the Century’ Robert Fisk via stacey, Saturday, Aug 4 2018, 10:29pm
Hindsight is unfair – but it might tell the truth. First, Donald Trump proclaims Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, thus depriving the Palestinians of their capital in the east of the city. The Palestinians are appalled. Mahmoud Abbas says he will no longer talk to the United States. So Trump rages that “we pay the Palestinians hundreds of millions of dollars a year and get no appreciation or respect.” It was only a tweet, but he means it. Those ungrateful Palestinian wretches! And he cuts $300m from America’s aid to the refugees, giving the oppressed and besieged and dispossessed Palestinians a mere $60m. (story and 1 image)
