The Cornerstone Freedom – Speech

Today we live in a “post-truth, post-modern” culture where anything goes except FREE SPEECH/expression; well, needless to say I have been dragged into court on numerous occasions for my traditional views and language and have not lost one case, costs, including my lost $250/hour as a consultant, have always been covered by the 'politically correct' loser, which in Oz law occurs most of the time, bench discretion notwithstanding.

I am not nor ever will be prevented from expressing my fundamental right to free speech and expression, I refuse all PC trends which create head or thought police, which the PC community thrives on – fuck ANY form of oppression in this regard, as I know I am free to at least express myself in any manner I see fit, providing it carries no malice or ill-intent like the divisive, racist and censoring, double standards, mass media.

I would here state boldly that this freedom is the cornerstone of democracy and where it is prevented no democracy exists, as in the USA, which inverted culture has not yet realised what their forebears fought and died for and what is contained in their founding documents.

I revel in these cases citing all historical and other evidence that free speech is the basis of all our freedoms and without it democratic societies are lost to oppression and suppression of the free flow of information. Constitutions are referred to and all other manner of legal and historical documents are used as evidence, while the PC opponent expects the courts to uphold a cultural minority view because it's the latest thing.

The funds my legal representatives earn, far above that of others in their profession, assists greatly as they enlist the best in various specialised areas of law if required, in other words these teen mentality PC cultural slaves have no hope.

Nevertheless, their minority arrogance and threats forces them to challenge my free expression – ironically, I now depend on this supplemental income (costs) as part of my normal income as it has robbed me of huge amounts of time, though now compensated for by losers. Indeed, fighting for what our forebears fought to preserve, freedom and liberty, is well worth the fight in a literal sense.

So fuck the lot of you media enslaved, minority PC freaks and I can only hope I encounter more of you in REAL life, as you would never forget those encounters if you imagine you are able to impose your idiotic, media-learned views/values onto me and other traditionalists.
