Regarding China it should not be forgotten that China forfeited over $33 billion of investment infrastructure in Libya during the NATO bombing without so much as a squeak, to be expected by a traditional COWARDLY culture of slaves and emperors.

In Russia’s case it was reeling at the time from the Yeltsin era debacle, however, with China, which had every good LEGAL reason to openly oppose America after the murder of Chinese citizens in the TARGETED Belgrade NATO bombing and the non-compensated loss in Libya, it did absolutely NOTHING. And those historical facts are the reason that Bolton and Trump are confident that no resistance to their grossly illegal plans for Venezuela would be opposed by Russia and China, maybe, as history supports this conclusion.

However, the world is a vastly different place today and Russia has regained its feet, at least militarily though China has reverted to Emperor rule, a culture that has existed for thousands of years is clearly hard to shake. So the onus is DIRECTLY on Xi as the new Emperor of China to either actively assert Chinese power or run like the yellow dog China is reputed to be.

Furthermore, no Russian leader in history would have allowed enemy forces to install offensive missile systems on Russia’s land borders in Europe but that is precisely what corrupt Putin allowed, hence the $250 billion he now has ferreted away in WESTERN tax havens and banks -- though he would never get the chance to spend it -- the FOOL!.

All of it adds to minimal, if any, opposition to American oil companies by Russia and China in Venezuela. We should also remember that Putin intentionally stalled his attacks on American, Saudi and Israeli proxy forces in Syria for no good reason, as had Russian continued with its shock attacks the Syrian war would have been over in three to four months, Russia virtually had all terrorist proxy fighters running is disarray BUT Putin stalled time and AGAIN and allowed the US/Israel/Saudis to regroup and re-arm their forces -- WHY Mr corrupt Putin did you go against every military tactic/rule in the book?

So I truly do wonder what Russia and China would do to assist the legitimate government of Venezuela, and I offer this advice to Maduro, neither nation can be trusted unless of course they militarily DEMONSTRATE, in no uncertain terms, their opposition to the American staged coup in Venezuela -- fat chance, but we shall see!

Track records should never be ignored, Putin could have easily supported ally Libya and prevented the horrid death of its leader Gaddafi -- but he remained passive while abandoning yet another ally in its greatest time of need. Make sense to you, reader? Well, YES, if corruption is taken into account and we all know who the corrupting body is, the global Reserve Banking Cartel together with the mega-oil companies, which forces together are responsible for ALL the wars of the 21st century, FACT!
