Google, your data suppression methods are obvious, easily recorded, abysmally inept and generally pathetic.

The simple fact that you actively engage in suppressing this and other alternative news sites means we have won and TRUTH will prevail in the end.

text The Media Lobotomised Public lex, Monday, Jan 14 2019, 10:37pm
Today most western nations/societies live in an intellectually depleted or deficient world primarily due to elite formulated design implemented in order to maintain elite minority rule -- populations have intentionally and effectively been ‘dumbed down.’

Panopticon Penitentiary image It’s Time to Force Tech Giants to End the Digital Panopticon Duncan McCann via claire, Monday, Jan 14 2019, 12:30am
Today we are living in a digital panopticon, a world where our every interaction with digital technology is being recorded and analysed. The rationale for much of this collecting, selling, and sharing of data is often based on the need to monetise it through the provision of personalised adverts. (story and 1 image)

John 'psycho' Bolton image Psychopaths in the Whitehouse Jessica Corbett via jaxie, Sunday, Jan 13 2019, 8:05pm
Resurrected neocon John Bolton remains as he always was, totally nuts, the WSJ recently published a report clearly indicating that John Bolton, and to a lesser extent Mike Pompeo are a danger to the USA and world at large -- these men cannot understand that pre-emptive wars create more problems than they try to solve, simply view the handiwork in the Middle East and North Africa, functional states reduced to anarchy, perpetual violence and factional infighting in the form of sectarian tribalism. Not one war the USA and its vassal allies have instigated is a success, they are all abject failures that have cost $trillions and created massive destabilisation/destruction and YET known madman Bolton sits in the inner circle of the Trump administration -- have we learned nothing from the failures of Bolton in the George W Bush regime? text Understanding Contemporary Political Power nano, Saturday, Jan 12 2019, 8:43pm
“That’s not the way the world really works anymore. We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you’re studying that reality — judiciously, as you will — we’ll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that’s how things will sort out. We’re history’s actors… and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.” -- Karl Rove, adviser to George W Bush.

slaves1.jpg image Why Are We Working to Support Our Oppressors? Edward Curtin via jane, Thursday, Jan 10 2019, 8:55pm
Ever since I was a young boy, I have wondered why people do the kinds of work they do. I sensed early on that the economic system was a labyrinthine trap devised to imprison people in work they hated but needed for survival. It seemed like common sense to a child when you simply looked and listened to the adults around you. Karl Marx wasn’t necessary for understanding the nature of alienated labor; hearing adults declaim “Thank God It’s Friday” spoke volumes. (story and 1 image)

googlecensored.jpg image Mainstream Strategy to Neutralise Influence of Alternative Media Whitney Webb via shirl, Thursday, Jan 10 2019, 8:28pm
MINNEAPOLIS — Soon after the social media “purge” of independent media sites and pages this past October, a top neoconservative insider — Jamie Fly — was caught stating that the mass deletion of anti-establishment and anti-war pages on Facebook and Twitter was “just the beginning” of a concerted effort by the U.S. government and powerful corporations to silence online dissent within the United States and beyond. text The Tax INVERSION Con lex, Wednesday, Jan 9 2019, 9:58pm
Indeed, those that have more than enough to pay fair taxes pay little or mostly no tax, as their wealth enables the mega-rich to utilise various tax evasion structures which they invented for their own use, such as various no taxation zones [tax havens] in which the mega-rich register companies and thereby avoid local taxes. Which contemporary situation is the diametric opposition of how taxation was originally structured, ie, taxing those that have more than enough to pay higher taxes DUE TO THE FACT that the wealth created was/is derived from the nations in which everyone is supposed to pay fair taxes for the maintenance of infrastructure and general up-keep, which RESPONSIBILITY the mega-rich NOW shirk. The huge cost of these necessary projects now falls on the shoulders of those that can least afford to pay.

text Scientists have established a link between brain damage and religious fundamentalism Bobby Azarian via jaxie, Wednesday, Jan 9 2019, 8:50pm
A study published in the journal Neuropsychologia has shown that religious fundamentalism is, in part, the result of a functional impairment in a brain region known as the prefrontal cortex. The findings suggest that damage to particular areas of the prefrontal cortex indirectly promotes religious fundamentalism by diminishing cognitive flexibility and openness—a psychology term that describes a personality trait which involves dimensions like curiosity, creativity, and open-mindedness.

video The Majority of Americans Do Not Believe the Official 9/11 Story Paul Craig Roberts via darcy, Tuesday, Jan 8 2019, 6:51pm
TruePublica, a British website that has avoided the 9/11 issue, has had its fill of ignorant journalists at the BBC, Huffington Post and other propagandists for the military/security complex. The constant, shrill demeaning of experts and distinguished people who have raised questions about the official story has convinced TruePublica that skeptics who need so much shouting down must have a point. text Syria Withdrawal: 'President' Trump's Decision OVERRULED by Underlings Ron Paul via james, Tuesday, Jan 8 2019, 6:16pm
If the presidency of the United States means anything at all it means LEADERSHIP and authority; so HOW is it that on almost ALL occasions Trump makes a positive initiative for peace it is OVERRULED by war hawks and neocons that serve the corporate military/industrial/surveillance complex? Indeed, the PRESIDENT, that is the 'commander-in-chief,' seems to command NOTHING -- the so-called 'Deep State' clearly rules the USA, an unrepresentative, un-elected, UNDEMOCRATIC entity that serves its own interests, war PROFITS at the huge expense of civilian and military lives.

Trump, if nothing else, has served to DEMONSTRATE to the ENTIRE WORLD that the US president is IMPOTENT.

War criminal and psychopath, John Bolton with previous, easily managed, puppet president image Bolton’s Syria Conditions Are Designed to Prevent U.S. Withdrawal Daniel Larison via jane, Monday, Jan 7 2019, 8:34pm
Syria withdrawal: it was absurd from the start. Could you imagine John Bolton withdrawing from ANY war/occupation? Not in a pink fit, and then with Mike Pompeo on his flank and poor little non-entity president Trump in the middle, what would you? So now the truth emerges, indeed, there is going to be an INDEFINITE withdrawal which could take years. Now that's more in character Washington neocons and war hawks. Since when has any modern president stood in the way of the now entrenched Deep State. Let's face it American dupes, presidents today are only for show purposes. If they go against deep state policy they are easily out-maneuvered by the REAL powers that be and their servants in government. (story and 1 image)

Noam Chomsky image Chomsky’s Unearned Prestige Eric Zuesse via jane, Sunday, Jan 6 2019, 7:35pm
A large part of Noam Chomsky’s public image as an intellectual is derived not from his role in the field of linguistics, but instead from his having co-authored with Edward Herman Manufacturing Consent. The first matter to be discussed here will therefore be Chomsky’s contribution to that work; and, more broadly, that work’s contribution to human understanding — the actual significance of the book. text “The Machine of Perpetual War Acceptance”: Veteran NBC Journalist, William Arkin, Resigns in Protest Jonathan Turley via james, Friday, Jan 4 2019, 9:51pm
This week I published a column on how the Democratic Party seems to have jettisoned many of its defining values to simply become the anti-Trump party. The best example of that transformation is the automatic opposition to Trump’s decision to pull troops out of Syria and other countries. At the same time, liberal media outlets like CNN and MSNBC have been airing continual experts denouncing the “hasty” withdrawal.

piedpiper.jpg imagePDF Document DUPED -- The ‘News’ is CRAP jess, Thursday, Jan 3 2019, 10:12pm
Have you ever taken a perspective on media news in general regardless of source? If so, you would note that’s it’s mostly, if not ALL, NEGATIVE! Sure we live in troubled times BUT humans by nature are not all bad. So why the continual focus on the ‘dark’ or negative side of human nature? A question that must be asked due to the fact that media news shapes public narratives, discourse and consequently cultural consciousness. (story and 1 image and 1 attached file)
