Google, your data suppression methods are obvious, easily recorded, abysmally inept and generally pathetic.

The simple fact that you actively engage in suppressing this and other alternative news sites means we have won and TRUTH will prevail in the end.

text Averting World Conflict With China Ron Unz via claire, Friday, Dec 14 2018, 10:22pm
As most readers know, I’m not a casual political blogger and I prefer producing lengthy research articles rather than chasing the headlines of current events. But there are exceptions to every rule, and the looming danger of a direct worldwide clash with China is one of them.

text Russia to Set Up Military Base in the Caribbean staff report Tass via jake, Friday, Dec 14 2018, 9:56pm
America will soon regret bullying weaker sovereign nations and tearing up nuclear treaties. Russia has just taken a leaf from America's global bases book.

text The Inequality Gap: Wall Street, Banks, and Angry Citizens Nomi Prins via stella, Thursday, Dec 13 2018, 9:10pm
As we head into 2019, leaving the chaos of this year behind, a major question remains unanswered when it comes to the state of Main Street, not just here but across the planet. If the global economy really is booming, as many politicians claim, why are leaders and their parties around the world continuing to get booted out of office in such a sweeping fashion?

Elegant and deadly, TU-160) image US HYPOCRITICAL Meltdown Over 2 Russian TU-160 Nuclear Bombers in Venezuela Finian Cunningham via gary, Thursday, Dec 13 2018, 8:29pm
Two long-range Russian bombers landed in Venezuela this week and the United States immediately flew into a fit of rage. Top diplomat Mike Pompeo had a virtual mental meltdown on Twitter, denouncing Russia and the South American country for daring to cooperate in holding a military exercise. (story and 1 image)

text Elites Finally Losing Grip -- their mass media/Propaganda apparatus is FAILING jenny, Wednesday, Dec 12 2018, 8:08pm
The chief example of the above reality today is the spontaneous, LEADERLESS, multi-partisan protest explosion of the ‘yellow vests’ in France triggered by extreme taxation measures on fuel, which crucify the average person/worker/public at large, though of course the French “president of the rich,” as he is known to the public, reduced taxes for the super rich -- fair and democratic? Not a chance, as the truly MASSIVE, spontaneous protests indicate.

text The Dis-empowered Against Elite Power stacey, Tuesday, Dec 11 2018, 5:15pm
You can forget the antiquated view of left and right, today the dichotomy is the minority elite haves, and the majority have nots, though this dichotomy could be rendered numerous ways, like the powerless and the powerful, mega-rich and poor, etc. Indeed, money is power therefore the elites are mega-wealthy while the overwhelming majority eat shit or the crumbs that fall from the tables of the mega-rich, ‘trickle down economics’. There are no ideological wars only the real elite driven wars of greed/appropriation/exploitation, against those affected/robbed, think Iraq and oil theft and the millions of innocent casualties. Avaricious elites could care less.

text Identity in Memory: Ascertaining Consciousness beyond Dementia Angel, Tuesday, Dec 11 2018, 9:57am
The author argues that biology is emphatically not destiny, even though medical and business communities have embraced the antiquated 19th century Freudian motto, “Biology is destiny.” This article challenges this outdated notion, and shows how Erik Erikson dismantles this limited perspective. Using Erikson’s life cycle theory, the author argues that all persons, including those living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, have a sense of identity despite disease progression. The combination of utilizing a medical and psychosocial model offers a way to provide best practices in treating mind and body for overall health and wellness, despite neural death due to advancing dementias. This article demonstrates the importance of how treating the person, and not solely the disease itself, supports patient autonomy, going beyond a dementia.

text Truth and Free Speech Under Concerted Attack by Criminal Elites gus, Monday, Dec 10 2018, 9:11pm
Remember the feeble excuse the American Deep State utilised to support illegal pan-surveillance, “if you’ve done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about!” The American public took it right up the arse as usual and hence American Democracy DIED from that time.

text Elites (Billionaires) Are the Leading Cause of Climate Change Luke Darby via stacey, Sunday, Dec 9 2018, 10:25pm
This week, the United Nations released a damning report. The short version: We have about 12 years to actually do something to prevent the worst aspects of climate change. That is, not to prevent climate change—we're well past that point—but to prevent the worst, most catastrophic elements of it from wreaking havoc on the world's population. To do that, the governments of Earth need to look seriously at the forces driving it. And an honest assessment of how we got here lays the blame squarely at the feet of the 1 percent.

text Recent French Protests vs Boston Lockdown -- A useful cultural comparison drake, Sunday, Dec 9 2018, 9:29pm
I recall the massive Paris protests of ‘68 and assisted French students in Oz forced to go on the run from authorities. My response was automatic, I assisted these social ‘rebels’ in every way I could, obtaining gainful employment and housing for them, which for me was a simple matter, it was the booming 60‘s after all, more jobs than workers in Australia.

Prof. Tim Anderson image Truth Under Threat in Oz Academia junior, Saturday, Dec 8 2018, 10:57pm
The ultra-conservative tertiary institution of Sydney University, which has traditionally specialised in producing leading lawyers, medicos and dentists, has suspended Prof. Tim Anderson, of the social sciences/humanities faculty for publishing and speaking truth on the many illegal wars pursued by the USA, wars supported of course by its CFR managed lying mass media, which apparatus is nothing more than a propaganda outlet today. martinakis4.jpg image The Security Derangement Complex: Tech Companies and Australia’s New Anti-Encryption Law Binoy Kampmark via darcy, Friday, Dec 7 2018, 9:05pm
Notwithstanding that Canberra politicians are more concerned with their personal careers rather than the national and public interest, proven time and again over the past few years, gutless no-account opposition leader Bill Shorten unexpectedly passed the conservative's spying bill, which act demonstrates his utter lack of character and responsibility. It is, or it once was, the prerogative of ALL Australians to have private conversations, an inalienable democratic RIGHT. Well, thanks to timid little shorty, in more ways than one, Australians have lost that right. Clearly no citizens voted for that draconian, big brother law for obvious reasons. But of course our lackey Canberra pollies imagine they are able to implement here what is essentially an American socially repressive measure. (story and 2 images)

text New World Order is REAL but it’s not as Planned by GHW Bush and his Controllers vance, Thursday, Dec 6 2018, 10:02pm
While militaristic America pursues its ‘bomb and steal’ policies around the world, China has quietly and peacefully played the US with CONSTRUCTIVE, as opposed to America’s DESTRUCTIVE policies. Almost half the world has been taken by China with infrastructure development, a win-win situation that few nations are able to resist as everyone benefits. Meanwhile, brutish and rustic America imagines it can succeed with VIOLENCE and theft, though it is finally learning this method only wins enemies, opposition and eventual bankruptcy. And so the world would soon belong to China with its soft, non-violent economic developments, too numerous to list here but by all means research the stupendous GROWTH of this WINNING approach and confirm for yourselves.

text Have You Noticed? Trump Is Now Inconsequential on World Stage drew, Wednesday, Dec 5 2018, 10:29pm
But what do ‘they,’ America’s ruling elite, care? Simply put, they don’t, as world leaders are aware that Trump is merely a dispensable puppet president that is sent on errands by/for the corporate/banker elites. And if he fails to succeed in his allotted tasks then of course he is removed and replaced by someone more able and willing to unflinchingly serve minority, unrepresentative elites -- so much for American ‘Democracy’ (majority rule) in the meantime.

trumpxiputin.jpg image Trump's Trade Wars and Sanctions -- The Latest Architect of Imperial Disaster Alfred W. McCoy via gus, Monday, Dec 3 2018, 8:29am
As Washington’s leadership fades more quickly than anyone could have imagined and a new global order struggles to take shape, a generation of leaders has crowded onto the world stage with their own bold geopolitical visions for winning international influence. Xi Xinping has launched his trillion-dollar “Belt and Road Initiative” to dominate Eurasia and thereby the world beyond. To recover the Soviet Union’s lost influence, Vladimir Putin seeks to shatter the Western alliance with cyberwar, while threatening to dominate a nationalizing, fragmenting Eastern Europe through raw military power. The Trump White House, in turn, is wielding tariffs as weapons to try to beat recalcitrant allies back into line and cripple the planet’s rising power, China. However bizarrely different these approaches may seem, they all share one strikingly similar feature: a reliance on the concept of “geopolitics” to guide their bids for global power.
